MedExNews Terms of Payment

1. Certain contest of this site is to be paid, although some is free, according to the rules of use of the MedExNews Service („Terms & Conditions“, „Terms of Payement”, „Notice to Readers“, “Home”, “Contact Us”, “Help”, etc.).

2. For downloading contest of the “Evidence Based Personalized Medical News”, as well as downloading the “Non Personalized Medical News” ( parts of the site “All Collections / Evidence Based” ), MedExNews Service pays ahead its service, unless it is otherwise stated.

3. Payment Processing is performed though the PayPal payment system ( See www.paypal.com etc. )
4. You accept all other conditions, restrictions, possible consequences etc according to the conditions of the PayPal payment system ( See www.paypal.com, Legal Agreements, PayPal User Agreement, Privacy Policy, etc. )
5. MedExNews Service customer Protection covers only claims filed in accordance with the MedExNews Service customer Protection Policy, not claims filed with PayPal. MedExNews Service customer Protection will not cover claims for which the buyer has initiated another form of resolution processing, including credit card chargebacks (if the buyer paid by credit card) or PayPal Buyer Protection claims (if the buyer paid by PayPal). We may suspend the MedExNews Service customer Protection Policy without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the program.

6. Our liability to you is limited. MedExNews Service and its affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents and licensors are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this site or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our site (including, without limitation, as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of these Terms and Conditions). Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of our site. MedExNews Service expressly disclaims all liability for any viruses or other contamination of your computer system or other device used to access this site as a result of your use of this site, and expressly disclaims all liability for actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of this site. The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.
