c. Payment Processing is performed under the PayPal payment sistem ( See www.paypal.com etc. )

d. You accept all other terms, restrictions and possible consequences etc in according with the terms of Vi PayPal payment system ( See www.paypal.com, Legal Agreements, PayPal User Agreement, Privacy Policy, etc. )

e. MedExNews Service customer Protection covers only claims filed in accordance with the MedExNews Service customer Protection Policy, not claims filed with PayPal. MedExNews Service customer Protection will not cover claims for which the buyer has initiated another form of resolution processing, including credit card chargebacks (if the buyer paid by credit card) or PayPal Buyer Protection claims (if the buyer paid by PayPal). We may suspend the MedExNews Service customer Protection Policy without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the program.

f. Our liability to you is limited.
